Castle View Construction create and build beautiful landscapes including ponds and water features such as ‘Woodland Pools’. WOOLAND POOLS
Inspired by the surroundings Shane and his associate garden designer created a calming, natural environment focusing on the sound of the water. They also took inspiration from Isamu Noguchi words “the art of stone in a Japanese garden is that of placement. It does not deviate from nature”. The outcome is a wonderful and unique space for the Marriott’s to escape and relax.

Castle View Construction restore and renovated historical buildings. Working from complete foundations to the structure. We have a high level of skills and knowledge in order to deliver a quality of work that is sensitive to the heritage of the build.
From completed restoration and renovation, Castle View Construction has it’s knowledge rooted well in the realms of preserving historical buildings.
Working with John Lee at Toseland Hall not only embodied a vast array of Restorative works, but also commanded a high level of skill sets and knowledge that can only be nurtured through a deep working commitment within this particular sector. It is not only a privilege to work alongside John, but as my eldest brother a great honour. Articulating methodologies and knowledge that render old ways to new has always been of great interest.

WINDRUSH
Windrush was a bold beginning to an already accomplished home. Undergoing a very modest but strong re-design, which was centred around Cathy and David’s wishes. Sensitive to the unique and special family history of Windrush, we completed the removal of loading front and internal walls, with the addition of a ground floor extension. This resulted in a timeless snug/kitchen for all occasions without taking anything away from the buildings core.

Compared to other builders who quoted (and some who couldn’t be bothered) it was obvious Shane got what we were trying to do with Windrush, a house that had many so many family memories going back over 60 years since it was built.The advice & guidance we received from Shane at the start of the project helped us plan the change as we prepared to live without a kitchen. Shane made sure we had essential services for as long as possible and project managed all the other skilled trades to ensure the project went smoothly.

WESTERN SPRINGS
Western Springs is Shane’s personal project. Designed from scratch, Shane is combining his passion for design and quality building skills to create a beautiful space for his family. Combining a traditional and modern concept he has been able to combine old and new ideas to bring a sense of timelessness to his build. This beautiful four bedroom detached family home is soon to be built in the quaint village of Hail Weston.

ABOUT ME
Since my early education, I have always had a genuine passion for design and buildings, so combining the two seemed like a natural direction for me. With my two brothers already in the trade, the stage was set! By working alongside them, I have been able to develop a valuable and broad skill set within the trade, and I’ve never looked back!
